Day04 Vegas

:-Free day today, The Phantom in the Opera tonight at the Venetian.

Went and had a look at Fry Electronics. A store about the size of Bunnings in Rocky but full of electronic gear. Unreal, anything you want for computing, media rooms, electronics. One stop toy shop. 1Tb external HD $250.

Touring up and down the strip on the buses seems to be the easiest way to get around all day for $5. Fremont street in the day is a bit of a contract to the nighttime activity. Took some pics. Went to Mexican restaurant for lunch, very nice, next to M&M world. lol what a crack up. Meal sizes over here are big as a general rule.

*** Changed the time on the camera to local time at around 12:30pm this arvo. ***

Played poker a couple of times, Jacks up, not much of a chance, best hand 4 Kings. Hear by coincidence its about 450:1 to get that then you only get about $10, down about $50 but figure while the drinks are free and your having a laugh its cheap entertainment, especially compared to the cost of the shows here. ;) Four beers and I'm pissed, not a good state to play poker in.

Phantom was unreal, especially after a few drinks lol. Shows are great, costumes and stage production fantastic with chandelier dropping from the roof above the audience. Amazing. Bit of a contrast to Bob's show, typical Dylan. lol
