The plan is to go to the Golden Gate park which is at the end of three bus changes and near the Golden Gate Bridge. We did that first thing and it was still overcast but cleared around mid day, where we went to Haight and Ashbury (bong shops), lunched there, Ghirardelli chocolate/coffee shop, before ending up at the Ferry building, a beautifully restored building where all the ferries depart from. We took some pics of Lombard St, the crookedest street in the world, with lots of switch backs. After trams and buses we’re all about stuffed so we head back to the hotel for a rest.
Internet costs about $US15 for 24 hours.
We plan the evening: to head out to a local night spot.

Home early after dinner at an Irish pub, stew and shephards pie. Cheapest meal we've had here. $35.
Ealiest we've been home in a week, 8 o'clock.
Off to New York tomorrow, woohoo.
